Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, may also provide rights when covered consumer health data is involved. Because we retain very little, a request usually means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then deleting responsive material where required. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Covington, King County, or Washington agencies remain under each custodian's control, so requests about those records must go to that office.
